Merbix Terms of Service

Agreement between you and Merbix, operated from the Arab Republic of Egypt for use of Merbix.

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to use the service.

• Provide accurate information, protect login credentials, notify us of unauthorized access.

Merbix assists the merchant but does not become the seller of the merchant’s products. You are responsible for prices, stock, shipping, returns, and customer service. The end customer’s purchase agreement is with you, not Merbix.

• Connection is voluntary and can be disconnected in Settings → Integrations.
• You warrant you are authorized to manage the connected Page or account.
• You must comply with Meta Platform Terms and Community Standards.
• We do not guarantee continuous availability of Meta APIs.

You may reply to customer-initiated comments and messages. Unsolicited or cold messaging on Facebook or Instagram is not permitted.

• AI suggestions may contain errors — review where necessary.
• Safe Mode and the Review Center reduce sensitive auto-sending.
• You are responsible for replies you approve or send.

You are responsible for your public storefront content, pricing, policies, and accuracy of order data collected through public forms.

• Plans may include a trial period as shown in the interface.
• Payment via manual InstaPay or Vodafone Cash with a submitted transaction reference.
• Non-payment may restrict access. Merbix is not a licensed payment institution.

• No spam, fraud, impersonation, illegal products, or abuse of the platform or APIs.

You retain ownership of your content and grant Merbix a limited license to process it to operate the service. Merbix branding and interface are protected.

Meta, AI providers, and infrastructure providers operate under their own terms. We do not guarantee their continuous availability.

• You may request subscription cancellation or account deletion via support.
• We may suspend accounts for violations or non-payment.

The service is provided “as is” without implied warranties of fitness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by Egyptian law, we are not liable for indirect damages. Direct liability is limited to subscription fees paid in the 12 months before the claim, where applicable.

You agree to indemnify Merbix against claims arising from your content, replies, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
